We specialize in web development, managed delivery, custom software development, dedicated team solutions, and UX design. We are now looking for a skilled Junior Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team and contribute to building production-grade systems and APIs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience working in backend development on production-level applications.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js / NestJS and related backend technologies.
- Solid experience working with MySQL and MongoDB (schema design, queries, indexing, optimization).
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating third-party services, authentication systems, and cloud-based tools.
- Good understanding of API security, validation, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and modern development practices.
- Strong problem-solving ability (ACM/competitive programming background is a plus, not mandatory).
- Ability to communicate effectively via spoken and written English.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field from any reputed local or foreign university.
- Knowledge of Python is a Plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services for production applications.
- Architect and implement REST APIs following best practices in security and performance.
- Design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, and handle migrations.
- Work closely with frontend and mobile teams to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in production environments.
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and other backend essentials.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality coding standards, and follow team workflows.
- Contribute to improving internal tools, automation, and backend infrastructure.
